Cancellation Policy
Tasting Appointment Policy – California Compliance At Anastasian Pastries, we prioritize safety, transparency, and compliance with California health and food service regulations. Our tasting appointments are designed to offer you a professional, enjoyable experience while protecting your health and our kitchen’s standards. Policy Details: Tasting sessions are by appointment only. No walk-ins permitted. Tastings are limited to a maximum of 2 guests per booking unless approved in advance. Each tasting is prepared in our licensed kitchen, following all California Department of Public Health food handling and sanitation standards. If you or your guest have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at the time of booking. We do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Tasting fees (when applicable) must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance. For wedding tastings: your $65 fee is credited toward qualifying custom orders of $300 or more. Tasting selections may vary depending on availability and seasonality. By booking a tasting, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
